Dr. Gomes is a Data Scientists, working with Environmental Science in the Amazon and his awarded PhD evaluated the past, the present and the future of the Amazon to demonstrate the influence of the climate in the formation of the forest in the past, and how the current and future scenarios of changes promoted by climate and deforestation can affect the region.
