The Lens of an Amazonian Woman.

Nubia Suriane moved to Marabá (Pará, Amazon) when she was 5 years old, where she became a recognised photographer. Her photo-poetry record stories of people, places and emotions.

Her work shows care, respect and sensitivity.

Her project “Toda forma de amor” (“Every form of love” – in free translation), “portray the sincere and true love that unites and motivates these [special needs] families”, according to newspapers.
